 Are you passionate about youth fitness and creating positive experiences for children and families? Our fast-growing youth gymnastics center is looking for an energetic, organized, and sales-oriented Program Concierge to help lead the day-to-day sales operations of our gymnastics business here in the Silver Spring area. We believe that when we share opportunities for growth, confidence, and movement with every child who walks through our doors, sales happen. Our Program Concierge is the first point of contact for families and a key player in shaping a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere—both inside our gym and out in the community.  What You'll Do

As a Program Concierge, you’ll manage inbound lead traffic and focus on converting interest into introductions. Ultimately, the goal is to drive trial classes into our facility so our coaches and programs can WOW  new families. Alongside your in-gym sales role, you’ll also lead community outreach efforts—scheduling and working local events, building relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations, and setting up one-on-one meetings to engage families who may be new to Silver Stars. Your mission is to bring more smiling faces through our doors and help them find the perfect class program for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet students, parents, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Share our programs with families—helping them select the best classes for their child’s age and skill level
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with friendly, informed guidance
• Maintain accurate program and enrollment records using our scheduling system
• Lead facility tours and trial class sign-ups for new families
• Assist with membership enrollment and renewal processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front-of-house environment
• Plan, coordinate, and attend community events to promote Silver Stars programs
• Conduct outreach to schools, businesses, and organizations to form partnerships and generate leads
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with community members and prospective families
• Help support our birthday party bookings, special events, and seasonal camps
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support retail and concession sales (leotards, grips, snacks, etc.) • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with our mission

 What We're Looking For
 
• 1–2 years experience in general sales
 • Strong people skills—genuinely enjoy working with families and children
 • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
 • Comfortable using basic technology (scheduling systems, email, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a busy, energetic environment
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset • Flexible availability—some evenings and weekends required for events and outreach
 • High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Bonus Points For:

 • Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or youth recreation • Knowledge of class enrollment software (Jackrabbit, iClassPro, etc.)
• Sales experience or comfort in guiding enrollment conversations
• Experience with Go High Level (CRM)
